What services does TMS Offer?

The Master’s Software has numerous offerings:  We can handle domain registration, website development, and hosting, as well as various print media services such as brochure or business card development. Note that we are not a print shop, but we can develop the document for you to take to your local printer that you already are comfortable with.  See our Servicespage for more information on what we offer.

What is the acceptable use policy of TMS?

Please see the Acceptable Use Policy page for information on what is considered allowed. In a nutshell, The Master’s Software strives to be a socially conscious company.  To that end, we will not tolerate any indecent, immoral or illegal sites or services. Please see the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) page for more information.

What information does TMS collect?

The Master’s Software only collects the information that is necessary to service.  This includes Billing information, points of contact, and other information required by various services.  For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Does TMS have a rewards-for-referrals program?

Yes The Masters's Software encourages referrals through a program that returns income to the "Affiliate" for referred clients that stay with our services for a minimum of three months. Please see Affiliate Program for more information.

Does TMS have a refund policy?

Yes, The Masters's Software has a very generous refund policy. Within thirty days of signing on, if you are not satisfied and wish a refund we will reimburse your hosting and set up fees. The domain registration costs can not be refunded. Up to 90 days, if you are not satisfied, upon your request we will refund the prorated unused portion of your hosting fees. Set-up fees and domain registration fee will not be refunded. There is no refund after 90 days.
